This charity brings Kathrine Switzer's 261 Fearless community to the UK. A network of women's running groups which empower women of all background and abilities to find confidence and joy through non-competitive, social running. By supporting them you are helping to expand the UK-wide network where women can run safely, without pressure, fear or judgment.

Free to Run is an innovative non-profit organization with a mission to advance gender equity globally through running. Working primarily with young women and girls in conflict-affected communities, including refugees, internally displaced people, and ethnic minorities, Free to Run supports the leadership, agency, and health of participants through running and rights-based programs, equips local organizations to sustain this work, and is building a movement to lift global consciousness about running's potential to advance gender equity. Since 2014, Free to Run has worked with thousands of young women, primarily in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Palestine. In places where running outdoors is not possible, Free to Run offers adapted indoor programming with a focused emphasis on mental health and resilience through movement. Free to Run's work drives individual transformation while pursuing systematic shifts in gender equity, specifically expanding access to public space and leadership opportunities for girls and young women worldwide.
